My Friend

You have touched me like no other, deep inside my soul
Crawled behind the darkness and brought me light.
Whispers to my heart I hear each one you breathe,
Cosumed with the beauty I see in you.

Unexpected blessing, that's what you are to me,
A rare gem of friendship that bleeds truth.
Inner strength and kidness you glow like the moon,
Guiding the darkness of my day.

Friendship so deep and pure, a connection we can feel between us.
In our hearts and mind, blessing so overwhelming since you.
As I close my eyes to sleep, deep in peacful slumber,
I sleep better just knowing there are people like you in my life.

12:30pm dedicated to all my wonderful friends,,, even those in whom we rarely speak!

Writing poetry has been a part of Jackie since she could breath. She usually writes in free verse, that way her heart and soul can lead her to the words to pen .

Mostly she writes about her life and the journeys she has had to endure. So if you read something she has wrote more than likely she has lived it. She always trys to smile and even when her life is in total shambles but most people don't know it.

One more thing dont be suprised if you find yourself in her poetry, if you have inspired her in any way she will most likely write about it . Enjoy her poetry and please leave comments good or bad she just wants your true opinions , how can she grow with out them.
