Alone She Cries

Depressed and blue she cries
Why she does she is not sure, she only knows she feels
alone in the world.
Having so much to give and not one to give to
Having so much to offer someone,
But no someone in sight.
In her world full of people know one knows
Her heart song is no longer singing.
Acts strong and fine, while inside she
Is crumbling and dying, falling apart at every seam.
No one wants to really hear what she has to say,
Her cries for help go unnoticed, her screams are unheard
As she crawls deeper inside herself, shutting out the world
even more.
Her life has become miserable and unhappy she wants to
Run and hide, but there is no escape for her, for the world
Expects her to stay in her hole it has given her,
She just wishes she could be alone.
At least alone there is someone who understands.
